Let’s take a minute to talk about Veganism, shall we? I'll be lying if I say I am 100% vegan, but I do try to follow a vegan diet as much as possible because of its multiple health benefits and because if you do your homework right, it can be quite delicious really, and let’s not forget to mention that I’m also a foodie, I will try ANYTHING but I’ll be more inclined to try it, if besides yummy, it’s good for me as well! Becoming a vegan is a very challenging commitment and I believe that you should work your way up step by step. A great way to start is by following a vegan diet and although I’m dying to share so yummy recipes with you, in this post we will talk about the health benefits of following a vegan diet, and I promise will get to the recipes in my next post so stay tuned!
